Telstar also provides hourly and project basis pricing to help you develop an accurate voice and data usage "baseline". We then use this baseline to judge savings from new contract negotiations.
Please note that these services are typically provided as fixed fee based as opposed to our auditing, which is contingency fee based pricing.
As part of this service Telstar will:
- Conduct a physical inventory of voice and data facilities
- Conduct a one-time bill reconciliation of equipment and lines
- Identify opportunities for optimization and other cost savings
- Develop and implement MAC processes to maintain cost and inventory control
- Assess how your rates compare to contracts negotiated by similarly situated companies
