Since Telstar can maintain an inventory database of network services/facilities information for managed invoices, Telstar is best positioned to be a central point of contact to manage all moves, adds, and changes in network services for inventory management. 
 
A service order requisition will be completed by a client requestor via the Internet and electronically routed to a Telstar specialist to ensure completion. Once approved, Telstar then forwards the completed service order request to the respective vendor for action. 
 
Telstar now automatically tracks the vendor request to completion based upon predetermined parameters. Once the service request has been completed, the client field contact confirms with Telstar the functionality and completeness of the requested service order activity.  
 
Telstar then updates and maintains the client inventory database. In this manner, Telstar provides a central order interface source to all vendors.
